Here are a few helpful answers to questions we are often asked...
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is very straight forward. We can provide you with a quote or you can see the starting prices here on our website. Just email or call us and we can take it from there.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We ask for a 50% deposit to secure a booking with the balance being payable on completion prior to goods being despatched.
What is your lead time?
Our lead time is indicated at the top of each page on our website. Generally we are booked up around 3-4 months in advance. However, we do always try to help out whenever possible so always ask just in case we can manage to squeeze something in sooner.
Can I book in and then worry about colours and styles?
Many customers like to choose their colour scheme and finish style prior to placing an order. However, if you are unsure of colours and would rather pay a nominal deposit to reserve your slot and then consider colour schemes at your leisure then that is not a problem.
How can I pay?
Unfortunately we cannot process payments over the phone. We can email you payment details which include either bank transfer or payment via PayPal. Once your deposit has been recieved we will nofify you for your peace of mind and confirm your booking slot. We will then review your order and get back to you with any questions to ensure that everything fits perfectly once you recieve your items.
Can I pay via PayPal?
Yes of course, however PayPal will charge you a small fee, we will add this to you invoice.
Can you deliver to us?
The vast majority of our customers ask us to deliver their orders to them. We use a reliable courier company to transport orders large and small across the United Kingdom.
Can I collect my order?
Yes of course, that's never a problem.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
If you live outside the UK then we are happy to package everything up securely for you to arrange collection from us by your own courier.
